In the interest of promoting goal-oriented programming, all of our classes are specialized in order to maximize results in particular areas of exercise and fitness. All classes begin with basic concepts and progress from there – it is still possible to join at any time and integrate into the curriculum, though it is recommended that potential members first attend our Saturday Introductory class in order to get a sense for the program, as well as refine their goals and needs.

Currently we offer a selection of weekly classes including Kettlebell Basics, Fitness Foundations, Lifting for Strength and Mass, Powerlifting Basics and Fitness for Combat Sports (a class presented in conjunction with Neutral Ground BJJ).
